I am so sorry that you’re not happy with your order, but as a small, self start-up business, I will aim to be hassle-free.  All of our items are custom and made-to-order, with designs and content, ever changing.  Because of this, all sales are final, unless items were damaged during shipping.  For clothing, please be advised of the size guide for best fit and results.  Refunds will be on a case by case basis and will be issued as a store credit, processed once items are received and inspected.   Please contact me for further information or assistance.
